Israel was born in Indio, CA and grew up in Coachella, CA. From a young age he knew he had a love for art. After high school he pursued art at The Art Institute. Israel has spent the last 10 years perfecting his tattooing skills in realism, surrealism, culture tattoos, and lettering.
The most rewarding thing about tattooing for Israel is the positive change that he brings people through his art. His ambition to leave a mark in the tattoo industry has won him multiple awards in states like Arizona, and Nevada. He opened his first tattoo shop, Freshwater Tattoo in 2015 quickly becoming a local and tourist favorite. Freshwater Tattoo was recently ranked among the top 10 tattoo shops in the state of Nevada by Best of Nevada.
